Business owners need to learn how to trust the process. Making an organization purpose-driven doesn’t happen overnight, but those who commit to it will outpace and outrank the competition and attract lifelong customers and socially responsible employees.
By 2025, the workforce will be 75% made up of millennials who are actively looking for socially responsible employers today. Plus with Gen Z even more heavily leaning into social activism, doing good and being good is NOT a passing fad.
