Children > Employees > Leadership

There are no easy solutions left.  And we can’t keep doing what we’ve always done.  So, let’s change our perspective to begin to change our thinking.  For the better.

This first of four parts takes a very different view of what employees truly are.

In this episode, we discuss the concept of compassionate capitalism and the role of employees in businesses.

More specifically, the lack of kindness, fairness, and compassion. With some help from Jerry Fletcher, we uncover the definition of trust in the workplace. (There are eight specific behaviours that competent managers and leaders exhibit.)

Because we all need to do better and work towards the highest good for all rather than continuing to do what we’ve always done.
